Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your carrier company to participate.
• Participation in the pilot program is subject to selection and approval by Fleeting.

2. Services Provided

• Fleeting provides dispatch support, operational guidance, and access to shipper opportunities under the pilot program.
• Participation includes a flat weekly rate based on fleet size (see Pricing).
• Pilot program slots are limited. Fleeting reserves the right to accept or deny applications at its discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for the Service is negotiable and will be determined based on your specific fleet size and requirements.

• Payments are due in accordance with instructions provided upon acceptance into the pilot.
• No refunds are provided once a week of service has begun.

4. Data and Privacy

• By submitting your information, you agree to let us use it to evaluate your application and, if accepted, to provide dispatch and support services.
• Your personal and business data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of providing the Service.

5. Carrier Responsibilities

• You remain responsible for compliance with all FMCSA regulations, insurance, safety standards, and driver obligations.
• Fleeting acts only as a dispatch and support service provider. We do not operate as a carrier or broker on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is." Fleeting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for one week of service.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation with written notice.
• Fleeting reserves the right to suspend or end your participation if payment is not made or if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

Fleeting may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on this page with an updated effective date.
